It’s officially pumpkin spice season and what better way to celebrate than with a homemade batch of pumpkin cold foam?

This Starbucks copycat recipe will have you saving money and impressing your friends and family with how much better it is when made from scratch.

All you need is: heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and vanilla syrup or extract.

From there, those 5 ingredients get whisked togeter until evenly combined and you’ve got the perfect light and fluffy creamer to add to all of your favorite iced drinks.

It’s so much fun to add to iced coffee, matcha, and other spiced teas. I also recommend taking a spin at making some homemade cold brew (it’s surprisingly easy) and adding a teaspoon or two of pumpkin pie spices to it. Topped with this pumpkin cold foam it takes the pumpkin spice latte to a whole new level!

At Starbucks they use a vanilla syrup but I’ve tested this recipe with both syrup and a combination of vanilla extract and maple syrup, and both work well! Feel free to use what you’ve got.

  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup *
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  1. Combine ingredients. In a jar or glass, add all ingredients and whisk until evenly combined.
