If there’s one meal that we don’t skip here at Salima’s Kitchen, it’s dessert. Regardless of if it’s light and healthy or rich and indulgent, the meal isn’t over until dessert is on the table.
If you’re looking for some ideas, I really love a plate of this coconut pudding (tembleque) or classic guava pastries (pastelillos de guayaba). And you can’t go wrong with a bowl of fruit salad in the summer paired with these Moroccan almond briouat cookies.
