Moroccan Recipes

My family takes a great deal of pride in the dishes we grew up eating, many of which can be found in this collection of Moroccan recipes. I like to think of each of these recipes as a little piece of Morocco in your kitchen. 

If you’re interested in starting with the basics, I recommend making your own preserved lemons, chermoula marinade, or ras el hanout spice blend.
