Cooking with Allergies
Learning how to cook with food allergies can be overwhelming! Here at Salima’s Kitchen, you’re not alone. In all of my new recipes, look for allergen tags that indicate which of the top 8 most common allergens are not used in each recipe. When you subscribe and receive blog posts via email, make sure to click on the link and scroll through the blog post to the actual recipe and check out the allergy info!
That said, it is so important to make sure to always read the ingredients and labels on any and all packaged/processed foods purchased. Always be your best advocate and don’t be afraid to ask questions!
