Weekly Meal Prep: Golden Greek Bowls

These Golden Greek Bowls are a simple combination of two of my favorite recipes, with a few added fresh ingredients like cucumbers and greek yogurt.


  • Golden Rice
  • Grilled Turmeric Chicken
  • 4-5 small Persian cucumbers
  • 2 cups greek yogurt

  3. In your glass containers, start with a large spoonful of rice. Top with chopped chicken pieces. In a separate compartment or small container add a scoop of greek yogurt and chopped cucumber. Enjoy!
