Description
This creamy whipped feta has that perfect balance of sweet and salty thanks to a spoonful of honey and an entire block of feta cheese. It blends up in a food processor in just 5 minutes, with an incredibly silky smooth texture that comes from our secret ingredient, greek yogurt. This recipe is perfect for serving as a dip with crostini and topping with roasted tomatoes or fresh herbs.

- 1 (8 oz) block of high quality feta, drained
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- optional toppings: za’atar, olive oil, honey, pepper flakes, fresh herbs, etc.
Instructions
- Combine everything & process. To your processor add the drained feta, yogurt, oil, honey, lemon juice and zest. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add salt & pepper to taste and blend once more.
- Serve and add toppings if desired. Spoon the feta into a bowl and top with any desired toppings and enjoy!
Notes
- I recommend buying a higher quality feta cheese. I recipe tested this with a cheaper kind and the texture came out less creamy than with a higher quality feta.
- You may need to blend longer than you think to get that perfectly creamy smooth consistency, so be patient at this step!
- Add more or less lemon juice and oil depending on how thick you’d like your dip to be.
