Description
These avocado tuna poke tapas are the perfect appetizer served with crispy fried wonton chips. Grab some sushi grade tuna and make them today!
Ingredients
For the Tuna
-1/2 lb sushi grade tuna cut into small cubes
-1 avocado cut into small cubes
-1/2 cup coconut aminos
-2 tbsp sriracha
-1 tsp sesame oil
-1/4 cup chives
For the Wonton Chips
– 1 package wonton wrappers
-2 cups vegetable oil for frying
For Garnish
-1 tbsp black sesame seeds
-1 sheet seaweed paper
-2 tbsp minced chives
Instructions
- in a medium sized frying pan heat your oil to 375. cut your wonton wrappers in half diagonally and fry for 15-20 seconds on each side or until golden brown. remove and dry on a paper towel.
- in a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients for the poke except tuna and avocado. mix well then fold in the cubed tuna and avocado.
- top wontons with a small spoonful of the poke and sprinkle with sesame seeds, chives and thinly sliced seaweed.
