  • 1.5 lb chicken thighs (about 4 thighs)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp ras el hanout

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prep baking vessel. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 205 degrees C. Prep your baking sheet/dutch oven/tagine with parchment paper or aluminum foil.chicken thighs on a sheet pan
