Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prep baking vessel. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 205 degrees C. Prep your baking sheet/dutch oven/tagine with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Prep the chicken. Pat dry with a paper towel. Add to your baking dish and rub generously with olive oil before sprinkling with ras el hanout and rubbing to cover.
- Bake the chicken. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F / 74 degrees C.
