With the end of summer produce coming to a close, these plum prosecco cocktails make the perfect send off beverage.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe plums
- 1 bottle of Prosecco
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- sage for garnish
Instructions
- Slice your plums thinly. Reserve the core of the plums for the syrup. In a small saucepan combine plum cores with sugar and water. Cook over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes on low. Remove from the heat and strain into a glass jar.
- In your champagne flutes combine 1 tsp of your plum syrup, 4 plum slices, and fill remaining glass with Prosecco. Garnish with sage and enjoy!
