- 2 tbsp pistachio cream
- 2 shots espresso or strong coffee of choice
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk of choice
Instructions
- Brew the espresso. Add half of the pistachio cream to a cup and brew the espresso directly over it. Stir to combine.
- Make the pistachio foam. Combine the remaining pistachio cream with the heavy cream. Blend together using a frothing tool of choice (a steamer works if you’d like a hot drink).
- Assemble the latte. Spread a small spoonful of the pistachio cream in your cup. Add ice if you’d like an iced latte. Pour in milk of choice. Top with the pistachio espresso and then the cold foam and stir everything together.
