This 5-Minute Pina Colada Breakfast Smoothie is a tropical alcohol free version of the popular Puerto Rican classic cocktail. It’s an island flavor packed pineapple coconut smoothie that’s a perfectly suitable breakfast, snack, or dessert. All you’ll need is coconut milk, frozen pineapple, yogurt, and ice. Bonus points for the cherry or coconut flakes on top!

- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- optional toppings: slice of fresh pineapple, maraschino cherries, or coconut flakes
Instructions
- Combine ingredients. Add coconut milk, frozen pineapple, yogurt, and ice to a blender.
- Blend. Blend until smooth & creamy. Garnish with optional toppings & enjoy!
