Description

This 5-Minute Pina Colada Breakfast Smoothie is a tropical alcohol free version of the popular Puerto Rican classic cocktail. It’s an island flavor packed pineapple coconut smoothie that’s a perfectly suitable breakfast, snack, or dessert. All you’ll need is coconut milk, frozen pineapple, yogurt, and ice. Bonus points for the cherry or coconut flakes on top!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • optional toppings: slice of fresh pineapple, maraschino cherries, or coconut flakes


Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients. Add coconut milk, frozen pineapple, yogurt, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend. Blend until smooth & creamy. Garnish with optional toppings & enjoy!

  • Feel free to skip the yogurt or use a plant based yogurt if desired. This ingredient is added for a smooth & creamy texture, plus additional protein.
