10 Minute Moroccan Orange Salad with Cinnamon

Today we are making a classic Moroccan orange salad with a fragrant dressing made with cinnamon and orange blossom water. It makes a delicious side, dessert, or snack and comes together in under 10 minutes.

  • 3 oranges (or assorted citrus of your choice) 
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp orange blossom water
  • toppings: honey, cinnamon (optional)


  1. Peel and slice the oranges. Using a paring knife, remove the peel and pith of the orange. Slice into half inch thick rounds and layer on a plate. hands peeling an orange with a knife
  2. Make the dressing. In a small bowl whisk together cinnamon, salt, olive oil, and orange blossom water. dressing in a small jar
