- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- ½ tsp salt (omit if your lemon pepper has salt)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or ghee
- flaky salt to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Slice your potatoes into thin, evenly cut strips. Season generously with lemon pepper, salt, and oil.
- Arrange fries directly on a sheet pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Garnish with flaky salt and serve with ketchup!
