Description

These lemon pepper russet potato fries are amazingly delicious! Soft on the inside and crispy and crunchy on the outside, this is a recipe favorite. Plus, they’re quick and easy to make, making them the perfect side dish for any meal. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • ½ tsp salt (omit if your lemon pepper has salt)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or ghee 
  • flaky salt to garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Slice your potatoes into thin, evenly cut strips. Season generously with lemon pepper, salt, and oil. 
  2. Arrange fries directly on a sheet pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Garnish with flaky salt and serve with ketchup!
