- 1 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- flake salt to taste
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, add sugar and melt over medium heat. Make sure your saucepan is 100% dry as any moisture will disrupt the sugar’s melting process.
- Once the sugar is completely melted and liquid, remove from the heat add in your butter and mix. Stir in the heavy cream and season with a pinch of flake salt.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
