  • Method: Seared
  • Cuisine: American

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 3 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp canola or vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley, minced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, minced

Instructions

  1. In a ziplock bag or bowl add steak bites, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well until evenly coated. Add the oil to your pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add your steak to the pan and cook until browned on each side, turning to make sure each side touches the pan for a few minutes. When the steak is fully cooked, remove from the pan, drain the oil, and add the steak back to the pan.
  3. Toss in butter, garlic, and herbs. Lower heat to medium low and mix the steak, garlic, butter, and herbs around until the butter melts and the garlic begins to brown. Turn the heat off and enjoy!
