Description
This Puerto Rican style Coquito Latte features a quick alcohol-free batch of coquito, strong espresso and milk of choice. The cinnamon and nutmeg infused coconut drink makes the perfect creamer for enjoying in your coffee all week long!

For the Coquito Creamer:
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 (14oz) can coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Latte:
- double shot of espresso
- 1 cup milk of choice
Instructions
- Make the shortcut coquito*: Blend together sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Make the latte: Add the milk to a glass (over ice or warmed) before topping with the espresso and a generous pour of the coquito. Enjoy!
Notes
*Note that this recipe makes approximately 16 servings of creamer, depending on how much you use in a latte.
