This avocado smoothie is made with fresh avocado, plant based milk and honey for a super creamy and naturally sweet treat. 


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup plant based milk (I like oat or almond)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ice (optional)


  1. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Add to a blender with milk and honey.
  2. Blend with a few pieces of ice until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
