This refreshing blended Piña Colada recipe comes together in just 10 minutes and is the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day. It’s a classic Puerto Rican cocktail that will have you feeling like you’re on a beach on the island. This easy blended cocktail comes together with just 4 ingredients: ice, a can of pineapple chunks, cream of coconut, and rum. Makes 1 serving.

- 2 oz rum
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks + 1/4 cup of the juice from the can
- 1/4 cup coconut cream (refrigerated overnight if possible)
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- optional: maraschino cherries, fresh pineapple slices, coconut flakes, or lime zest to garnish
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a blender. In your blender combine the pineapple chunks, juice, cream of coconut, rum, and a handful of ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve & enjoy. Pour your Pina Colada into the glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry, a slice of fresh pineapple, coconut flakes, and/or an additional shot of rum. Enjoy!
Notes
- Canned pineapple can be substituted for fresh or frozen, just note that you will also need to buy pineapple juice.
- For an extra kick, add a shot of rum on top of the blended drink.
