Description

Learn how to make this authentic Moroccan coffee that’s infused with warm, sweet spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg in under 10 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup dark roasted coffee, freshly ground or whole bean
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp ground clove
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp ground star anise


Instructions

  1. Prepare the spiced coffee beans. If using whole beans and spices, combine the beans and spices in your coffee grinder before blending. If using pre-ground, simply mix the pre-ground spices and coffee together in a container.
  2. Make the coffee. Brew the spiced beans however you like to make your coffee.  Serve with warm milk and sugar.
