- ½ cup dark roasted coffee, freshly ground or whole bean
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- ½ tsp ground clove
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp ground star anise
Instructions
- Prepare the spiced coffee beans. If using whole beans and spices, combine the beans and spices in your coffee grinder before blending. If using pre-ground, simply mix the pre-ground spices and coffee together in a container.
- Make the coffee. Brew the spiced beans however you like to make your coffee. Serve with warm milk and sugar.
