½ cup dark roasted coffee, freshly ground or whole bean
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground cardamom
½ tsp ground clove
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp ground star anise
Instructions
Prepare the spiced coffee beans. If using whole beans and spices, combine the beans and spices in your coffee grinder before blending. If using pre-ground, simply mix the pre-ground spices and coffee together in a container.
Make the coffee. Brew the spiced beans however you like to make your coffee. Serve with warm milk and sugar.
