  • 2-3 large carrots, grated
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tsp parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Start by rinsing, trimming and shredding your carrots into a medium sized bowl.

  2. Sprinkle on cinnamon, minced parsley and a generous squeeze of orange juice. Mix things together and enjoy!
