- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

Start by rinsing, trimming and shredding your carrots into a medium sized bowl.

Sprinkle on cinnamon, minced parsley and a generous squeeze of orange juice. Mix things together and enjoy!
