- 3 tsp olive oil
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups green beans
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp parsley, minced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, minced
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. While waiting for the water to boil, mince up the garlic and herbs.
- In a separate pan, warm the olive oil over medium heat and add in the herbs and garlic. Once the water begins to boil, toss in your green beans for 1 minute. Strain the green beans and toss them into the pan with the olive oil and herbs.
- Toss the green beans with the drizzle of balsamic vinegar and serve!
