Moroccan Balsamic Green Beans

  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups green beans 
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley, minced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, minced


  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. While waiting for the water to boil, mince up the garlic and herbs.
  2. In a separate pan, warm the olive oil over medium heat and add in the herbs and garlic. Once the water begins to boil, toss in your green beans for 1 minute. Strain the green beans and toss them into the pan with the olive oil and herbs. 
  3. Toss the green beans with the drizzle of balsamic vinegar and serve!
