Description
This classic Mai Tai recipe gets its signature fruity flavor from a combination of fresh lime juice, orange Curacao, Orgeat, and white rum. No pineapple or fresh orange juice! Served over pebble ice, it’s sure to deliver the island vibes.

- 2 oz white rum
- 3/4 oz orange Curacao
- 1/2 oz Orgeat (almond syrup)
- 1 oz lime juice
- pebble or crushed ice
- optional garnishes: 1/2 oz dark rum, fresh mint, maraschino cherries, edible orchid, lime slice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients & shake. In a cocktail shaker combine white rum, Curacao, Orgeat, lime juice and a scoop of ice. Shake well.
- Pour & garnish. Pour the Mai Tai over additional ice in a glass. Top with any desired garnishes and enjoy!
