Lemon Dijon Brussels Sprouts

Lemon dijon brussels sprouts with a sauce.


2 cups brussels sprouts, halved

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tsp salt

3 tsp pepper

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 tbsp dijon mustard

1/2 tbsp olive oil 


  1. Preheat oven to 400. Roast halved sprouts tossed with oil, salt, and pepper for 20 minutes. 
  2. Broil for 15 minutes, checking every 5 to shake the pan and flip any pieces that start to crips up. 
  3. In a small bowl mix lemon juice, mustard, and olive oil. Garnish with flake salt and enjoy!
