The Jungle Bird (Pineapple Lime Cocktail)

  • ½ ounce Campari
  • 1 ½ ounces dark rum 
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup 
  • Garnish: limes and/or pineapple slice & leaves


  1. Combine all ingredients except garnish in a cocktail shaker with a small handful of ice and shake well. 
  2. Pour over ice and garnish with a pineapple slice, leaves and/or lime.
