Learn how to make my version of Jeffrey Ong’s Jungle Bird, a classic shaken cocktail made with Campari, dark rum, pineapple and lime juice.
Ingredients

- ½ ounce Campari
- 1 ½ ounces dark rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce lime juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Garnish: limes and/or pineapple slice & leaves
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except garnish in a cocktail shaker with a small handful of ice and shake well.
- Pour over ice and garnish with a pineapple slice, leaves and/or lime.
