This classic fruit salad comes together in 15 minutes with a colorful blend of fruit, fresh mint and lime juice. It’s the perfect fruit-forward dessert, side dish, or snack on a hot summer day.

- 1 cup grapes (can be green, red or purple)
- 3 kiwis, peeled & diced
- 2 mangos, peeled & diced
- 2 cups strawberries, cut into quarters
- 1 cup blueberries
- 6 fresh mint leaves, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice + 1/2 tsp lime zest (or orange juice)
Instructions
- Prep the fruit. Rinse & dry all fruit. Peel & dice the kiwis & mango. Remove the stems of the strawberries and cut into quarters. Mince the mint & zest the lime.
- Combine everything. In a large bowl combine all of the fruit, mint leaves & lime zest. Add lime juice and toss to coat everything. Serve on a platter or bowl with additional mint as a garnish.
