Blistered Shishito Peppers with Lemon and Feta

  • 2 cups shishito peppers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil OR lemon garlic ghee 
  • juice of one lemon
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese 


  1. in a frying pan toast the shishitos and oil or ghee over medium-high heat until the peppers begin to blister on all around.
  2. Squeeze your lemon juice into the pan and cook for another minute or two, just until the lemon juice is reduced.
  3. Season with a pinch of salt and feta cheese. Enjoy!
