GRILLED SHRIMP SKEWERS

you will need:

shrimp

lemon juice

adobo seasoning

olive oil

parsley

Make the marinade. In a medium sized bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and adobo seasoning and mix well.

Marinate the shrimp. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes to an hour.

Skewer the shrimp. Carefully skewer the marinated shrimp onto your skewers. The number of shrimp you skewer will depend on the size of the skewers, but usually 5-6 will fit on one.

Grill. Heat your grill to medium high heat before adding the skewers. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turns opaque in color.

Serve. Serve shrimp with a sprinkle of fresh parsley (0ptional) and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
