1 cup of freshly chopped pineapple chunks (or 1 (20oz) can of pineapple chunks, drained)
1 (14oz) can of coconut cream (refrigerated overnight)
1 cup ice
In your blender combine the pineapple chunks, coconut cream, a squeeze of lime juice (optional) and a small handful of ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour your Pina Colada into the glass and garnish with some maraschino cherries, an additional slice of pineapple and lime zest. Enjoy!
