This dish was designed specially for a new client of mine. My boyfriend doesn’t like shrimp so I really leaned in to recipe testing on this one and took full advantage of any opportunity to eat them. My first time making ravioli was a success! My friend/second mom Linda always made the most amazing homemade ravioli and I was lucky enough to get lessons from the master herself today. Stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach and sautéed in browned butter with fresh sage leaves these are perfect in every way.
