Roasted Garlic: Your Must Have Thanksgiving Ingredient

With Thanksgiving right around the corner I have been recipe testing all week. So far the dinner menu consists of two different kinds of stuffing (one for my gluten free friends), truffle gravy, ham, cranberry sauce, and roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
