This bread is so fancy and delicious it will quickly become your favorite recipe! Make it in under 10 minutes, let it rise overnight and pop it in the oven in the morning. Use it to make sandwiches, croutons or garlic bread. This recipe does not disappoint. Unfortunately I discovered this one week before receiving the news that I am allergic to wheat! I will be testing out this recipe with some different all purpose gluten free flour over the next couple of weeks. Shrimp Carbonara 

This dish was designed specially for a new client of mine. My boyfriend doesn’t like shrimp so I really leaned in to recipe testing on this one and took full advantage of any opportunity to eat them. This carbonara actually convinced him that shrimp is pretty great! The combination of sweet pancetta, creamy parmesan and fresh herbs is tough to beat.
