Allergy Friendly Staples
You might notice that many of my favorite food items are slightly unconventional. This has a lot to do with my food allergies.
For the first year after finding out about my multiple allergies it was so hard eating out and even shopping at the grocery store. For me, finding items I could eat that didn’t have soy, gluten, tree nuts, or peanuts in them felt seriously impossible.
Having a guide with allergy friendly staples to use in the kitchen is a serious game changer. Items like gluten free flour and sunflower seed butter that can seamlessly substitute for another ingredient can be hard to find.
I hope this shop my kitchen page can help others dealing with a similar struggle to find easy and approachable ways to cook with food allergies.
Amazon Affiliate Program
My blog, Salima’s Kitchen, is a participant in affiliate advertising through Amazon Services LLC Associates Program.
This program allows me and other small businesses like mine to earn advertising fees by adding personalized affiliate links from my content to products on Amazon.
When you click through an Amazon affiliate link on blog posts or on this shop my kitchen page, you are helping to support my blog. These earnings go towards site fees, production and other expenses because running a food blog isn’t cheap!
It is really important to me that I only promote products that I have used in my kitchen and love.
Feel free to ask questions about a product before making purchases; I am always happy to give additional feedback.
