Spicy Taco Salad Bowls
When you google “Meal Prep”, taco salad recipes are pretty easy to find, but these Spicy Taco Salad Bowls are sure to stand out in comparison. My secret ingredients (jalapeños and onions) are actually not so secret at all but I rarely see them in other recipes! The onions are caramelized with the ground beef to add a sweet and spicy element that compliments the spices nicely. I don’t think I need an explanation for adding jalapeños to a Spicy Taco Salad Bowls recipe. Bonus points if you have pickled jalapeños and/or onions.
Greek Yogurt Dressing = The World’s Easiest Dressing
When I call this the world’s easiest dressing I am not kidding; shake up 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa and 1 cup greek yogurt in a container and you’re done. I’ve been really loving yogurt based dressings because of how easy and seriously delicious they are. The yogurt adds a creamy texture you might expect from mayo or mustard but it has the added benefits of probiotics! I used my favorite salsa from Trader Joe’s but you should use your favorite; everyone’s got one.
