Gluten free shouldn't compromise texture!
Just because we can't have gluten, doesn't mean we can't have delicious, fluffy, baked goods.
Right?
Gluten free shouldn't mean compromising texture! And this gluten free banana bread will not disappoint in the texture department. Or any department for that matter. I made it last Friday night and it was gone Saturday morning.
Baking gluten free
When I first found out about my wheat allergy, the idea of baking felt like impossible. There were so many different substitutes for flour and standing in the supermarket looking at everything from almond flour to coconut flour I was overwhelmed.
Enter Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Flour.
No, this is not an ad. Even though I am a HUGE Bob's Red Mill fan, I have tested this product over 100 times in the last year, before recommending it to anyone.
This flour is the perfect 1 to 1 substitute for conventional white flour. I've used it in everything from baking pies, cakes, and cookies, to breading fish, making sauces and so much more.
So if you're searching for the perfect gluten free flour, your search is officially over!
