Garlic Herb & Balsamic Green Beans

Green beans sautéed with garlic herbs & balsamic vinegar! So delicious and simple to make. An easy side dish for any meal.


5 cloves garlic

4 cups green beans

¼ cup cilantro

¼ cup parsley

¼ cup chives

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

3 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste


In a microwave safe bowl add green beans and 1 cup water.

Microwave on high for three minutes. Drain water.

In a frying pan on high heat add minced garlic, parsley, chives, cilantro, olive oil, and balsamic.

Sauté until garlic becomes fragrant and add in green beans.

Toss for five minutes and serve!
