If you’ve never had burrata before I strongly suggest you drop everything you are doing and run to your nearest grocery store. This is one of the easiest recipes you could make using burrata, but honestly I could eat it plain and be perfectly content. Sweet potato toast is something I’ve been seeing frequently on Instagram and had to try for myself. I threw it in the toaster oven (you could also use your large oven for this) for about 10 minutes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Top it with almond butter and blueberries to make it sweet like mine, or try it with pesto and mozzarella for a savory twist!
