Made with gluten free oats, this granola makes the perfect snack or breakfast. 



3 cups gluten free oats

1/2 cup cashews

1/2 cup pistachios

1/2 cup brown butter

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

1/4 cup honey

1/4 brown sugar


  1. preheat your oven to 350. mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. spread out granola on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  2. let cool for 45 minutes to an hour before breaking and storing in an air tight container. serve with milk, in yogurt parfaits, or plain!
