These baked sweet potato fries are crispy on the outside, soft on this inside and make the perfect, guilt free snack, side dish or appetizer for any meal.
- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into french fry sized slices
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 425. In a microwave safe bowl, heat the ghee for 25-30 seconds or until fully melted. Drizzle potato slices with ghee and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes or until crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
- Season with salt to taste. Enjoy!
