Two Ingredients = Bold Flavor
I know, I know, this equation doesn’t look right. How can something with only two ingredients claim to have bold flavor? Well, when you take high quality, organic spices like turmeric root and peppercorn, and slowly roast them into organic, grassfed butter, you end up with liquid gold. This Turmeric Black Pepper Ghee by Ahara has all the flavor you could ever need to bring a head of cauliflower to life. That’s why all you need for this recipe is some cauliflower and a jar of this ghee. If you don’t have the ghee and/or can’t get ahold of a jar, it’s okay! You can also use a mix of olive oil and butter (half and half), organic ground turmeric and pepper and follow the same instructions as directed below.
Easy as 1,2,3
Not only is grocery shopping for this golden cauliflower a breeze, this recipe is equally easy to make! First, throw the ghee in a microwave safe bowl. Then, melt for 10-15 seconds, just until it’s completely liquid. Finally, drizzle this over your cauliflower florets, roast, and you’ve got yourself a fantastic side dish.
