This juicy turmeric chicken is the perfect protein for a dinner entree, lettuce wrap filling, or meal prep!
-2 chicken breasts or thighs
-1 tbsp turmeric
-2 tsp salt
-2 tsp pepper
-1 tbsp olive oil
- In a small bowl, combine the spices and seasoning.
- Rub the chicken with olive oil, sprinkle with the spice blend and rub. Grill on each side for 5-9 minutes (depending on thickness, use a thermometer!)
If you want to bake this chicken instead of grilling, preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 40 minutes – 1 hour, depending on thickness of the cut of chicken you use.
