Not-So-Secret IngredientsIf you’re a regular on the blog, you’re probably familiar with the not-so-secret ingredient that makes these gluten free white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies gluten free. This ingredient has been a life saver over the last year of my journey with gluten free eating. This gluten free flour from Bob’s Red Mill is the perfect substitute for regular flour in anything from baked goods to sauces and breading. To put it simply, this flour is a life saver. Another key ingredient that makes these cookies soy free as well? This white chocolate bar. I had to search quite a few different stores to find white chocolate that didn’t contain soy. It’s not as easy as it might seem. This bar I found at Whole Foods was worth the effort though as it is creamy and just sweet enough without being overpowering.
