Today’s Drink of Choice = Cold Brew Coffee

This overnight cold brew coffee recipe is creamy and full of flavor thanks to organic cinnamon and dairy free hemp milk creamer.   It’s Monday so I’m sure I’m not alone in pouring cold brew coffee in my mouth ☕️ this iced drink is the only thing keeping me alive today. If you’re a coffee drinker, you need to try this combo out. Cold brew uses cold water that steeps over night instead of the more traditional coffee which is brewed with hot water. Using cold water eliminates the bitter taste that can accompany coffee brewed with hot water. It also allows you to add spices, like cinnamon, that create depth of flavor in your morning cup! Not only is it ridiculously easy to make, I’m willing to bet you already have the ingredients in your kitchen.   You’ll need: -water -ground coffee -cinnamon (optional)   That’s all. So if you drink coffee, what are you waiting for?? Make this tonight in two minutes (I repeat, TWO MINUTES) and enjoy a rich cup of cold brew with cinnamon tomorrow morning.


This cinnamon spiced spinoff on the popular coffee drink is the perfect balance of delicious and energizing. If you aren’t crazy about the spice, you can definitely leave it out. You can also supplement it with your favorite spices like nutmeg, pumpkin spice or vanilla bean. Get creative because this recipe is so simple, it can’t be messed up! I highly recommend sprinkling a pinch of cinnamon on top of your finished drink as well. Something about this spice reminds me of pumpkins, leaves changing color and all things Fall. Cold Brew Coffee with Cinnamon

This cold brew coffee is rich and creamy with organic cinnamon and dairy free hemp milk creamer.


1/2 cup ground coffee

2 cups water

1 tbsp cinnamon (optional)

1/2 cup dairy free creamer (I use hemp milk)


  1. Pour all the ingredients (except for creamer) into a glass container and mix well. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Strain through a paper filter or french press and enjoy with a dairy free creamer and a sprinkle of cinnamon! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀


The cold brew needs to sit in the fridge overnight, so make it tonight and enjoy it tomorrow morning!
