This recipe does not contain the following allergens:
The most amazing, guilt free french fries.
-2 russet potatoes
-1 tablespoon ghee or olive oil
-1/2 tablespoon salt
-1/2 tablespoon pepper
Preheat oven to 400.
Peel and cut fries lengthwise into long thin rectangles.
On a parchment lined baking sheet add the potatoes, salt, pepper and melted ghee or olive oil.
If you feel like getting creative you can add other spices like garlic powder, cayenne or different flavored ghee.
Toss to coat using your hands.
Bake in the oven until crispy and golden on the outside and soft in the inside – roughly 30 minutes depending on your oven.
