Lately I have been really into lettuce wraps. Don’t judge the lettuce – these are damn good and take 15 minutes to make. Weekday dinner perfection.
1 lb ground beef
1 head butter lettuce or cabbage if you’re into that
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
Any other toppings you like (guac, Sriracha, broken tortilla chips, sour cream, greek yogurt, diced tomatoes, etc.)
In a saucepan sauté ground beef until browned. Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper and mix. Chop off the base of your head of lettuce just enough so that the leaves are easily detached. Fill individual leaves with a few scoops of ground beef and other toppings!
