Maple Bacon Brussel Sprouts

This is the perfect winter dish – quick, delicious and semi healthy!

Maple Bacon Brussel Sprouts

These will make a brussel sprout lover out of even the pickiest of eaters! The classic combination of maple syrup and crispy thick cut bacon is unstoppable. The easiest & most popular side dish at any party.


-1 lb brussel sprouts

-3 strips thick cut bacon

-1 tablespoon ghee

-1 tablespoon maple syrup

-salt & pepper


Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until most of the fat is rendered off and drain oil over paper towels.

Meanwhile, halve the brussel sprouts and toss with melted ghee, salt & pepper.

Roast brussel sprouts in 400 degree oven until golden brown.

Add in maple syrup & roughly chopped bacon tossing to combine.

Broil until sprouts are crispy!
