Brown Butter Sage Ravioli 

My first time making ravioli was a success! My friend/second mom Linda always made the most amazing homemade ravioli and I was lucky enough to get lessons from the master herself today. Stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach and sautéed in browned butter with fresh sage leaves these are perfect in every way.

Maybe one day I will write a recipe…
