(For Cake Donuts)
2 cups organic white flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 organic eggs
1 tablespoon melted butter (you can use coconut oil if you want to make the recipe dairy free)
1 cup milk (almond or whole milk will both work!)
1 cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 325. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until consistency is even. Grease a donut pan with avocado oil or butter and pour in donut batter. Bake for 10 minutes or until donuts are springy on top. Cool on racks. In a bowl or zip lock bag, add powdered sugar. Coat donuts completely. Recipe yields about 12 donuts. Enjoy!
