Bacon Blue Cheese Nachos…

These might be my new favorite kind of nachos. We broil them for 3-5 minutes then drizzle them with a balsamic glaze and voila! I highly recommend using KettleBrand Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper Potato Chips for these.

Balsamic Bacon Blue Cheese Nachos

-1 bag KettleBrand Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper Potato Chips

-4 strips bacon fully cooked

-1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

-1/2 cup balsamic vinegar


In a saucepan reduce balsamic vinegar until thick

In a cast iron pan, layer chips, crumbled cheese and bacon.

Broil in oven until cheese is melted being careful not to burn chips

Drizzle with balsamic reduction and enjoy!
