Burrata Caprese Toast

Those of you that follow my instagram know I have been on a serious burrata kick lately. If you’ve never had burrata before I strongly suggest you drop everything you are doing and run to your nearest grocery store. This is one of the easiest recipes you could make using burrata, but honestly I could eat it plain and be perfectly content. Anyway, if you like fresh mozzarella and caprese salad, This Is the Toast For You!

1 slice of focaccia bread (any bread you like will do)

2-3 cherry tomatoes

4 basil leaves (if you don’t have fresh basil, try pesto!)

Toast your bread until golden brown. Spread burrata generously over top. Slice tomatoes and distribute evenly with basil leaves. If you feel like getting extra fancy, drizzle some balsamic vinegar and/or olive oil over your creation. ENJOY!
