6 pieces of prosciutto (torn in halves or thirds)
3-4 nectarines (sliced into six pieces)
Brush your grill lightly with olive oil.
Wrap the nectarine slices in prosciutto and place on grill.
Grill 5 minutes on each side.
Enjoy with white wine.
