Grilled Prosciutto Wrapped Nectarines

These are decadent juicy salty sweet explosions of summer. Make them and wow your friends. Or eat them all yourself!

Prosciutto Wrapped Nectarines

6 pieces of prosciutto (torn in halves or thirds)

3-4 nectarines (sliced into six pieces)

olive oil


Brush your grill lightly with olive oil.

Wrap the nectarine slices in prosciutto and place on grill.

Grill 5 minutes on each side.

Enjoy with white wine.
